MediCom Worldwide, Inc. has updated its Privacy Policy, effective May 25, 2018. These changes were made primarily to comply with the EU’s new data privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Waiver
The failure of MediCom to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Legal Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Survival
The provisions of this Legal Agreement, which by their nature would continue beyond termination or expiration of this Legal Agreement, shall survive such termination or expiration.
